International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The prohibitions contained in this part do not apply to any transactions that are exempt pursuant to section 203(b) of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act (50 U.S.C. 1702(b)). See § 525.510 and § 525.511 for general licenses authorizing transactions for the conduct of the official business of the United States Government and certain international organizations and entities, respectively.
